ToLearn is a joint project of partners from five European countries:

• Germany: Department of Geography, Christian Albrechts Universität zu Kiel (Lead Partner)
• Belgium: Faculteit Bio-Ingenieurswetenschapen,  Universiteit Gent
• Denmark: Syddansk Universitet Esbjerg
• Netherlands: CHN University Netherlands
• Norway: University of Stavanger, Norwegian School of Hotel Management

There are no project partners from UK and Sweden. Reasearch in these countries will be undertaken by the Lead Partner supported by contacts from members of the CREST project.

CREST – Creating sustainable tourism destinations - is another Interreg North Sea Programme project dealing with sustainable tourism in the NSR. From the outset, there has been a close cooperation between ToLearn and CREST.
